Bradley Hatchett joins us as Business Development Manager, having previously worked in the commercial sales department at Brighton & Hove Albion for the past three years.

Bradley began working as an Intern at Brighton based digital marketing agency, Worth Digital, before he secured a full time position as Project Manager. After over a year there, he spent time working for The Americas Cup where he worked alongside the commercial and media managers, also spending time in Plymouth working at their successful World Series event. Then in 2011, Bradley moved to Brighton & Hove Albion to work within the commercial team where he managed key areas within the commercial department, namely kit sponsorships, stadium advertising boards and LED system, as well as the club’s successful business networking group, Friends of the Albion. Experiencing the first four seasons at the American Express Community Stadium, Bradley also coordinated match by match hospitality sales, hosted matchday sponsors and operated as account manager to over 500 corporate members in the 1901 Club.

Bradley is a keen sportsman, and you’ll regularly find him on a football pitch for his local team Upper Beeding FC, cricket pitch for East Grinstead CC or a golf course somewhere in Sussex. He likes to travel, loves his music and socialising with friends and family. Bradley is also a qualified level two cricket coach and spent over two years working at Sussex Cricket Club.

Bradley’s role at Brightsite will be to form and maintain relationships with existing clients, offering them unique strategies to increase the value of their digital presence. Building and developing new business leads, Bradley will oversee projects from an initial sketch or campaign concept through to a fully polished, performance driven product.

We also welcome Clare Eastwood who joins us on a part-time basis as Bookkeeper and Office Administrator. Clare’s experience includes over 15 years at American Express where she was Project Manager for a number of global projects.

Clare joins us on a part time basis as she balances commitments with her three young children. In her spare time, she enjoys taking part in triathlons and photography. For the last eight years Clare has acted as a Parish Councillor. ┬áThis has involved chairing meetings, project management including a successful delivery of an Affordable Housing development and a new play park and the supervision of the Council’s financial affairs.

Clare’s hours at Brightsite will be 10am-2pm every Monday and will be responsible for any invoice or payment enquiries.

We look forward to working with Bradley and Clare and wish them all the best in their new roles.
