In June 2006 Director Seb Tucknott, along with his brother Lucas and university friend Matt Sandell, set up a multimedia company offering video production, photography and design. Over time Brightsite was developed as a brand, under the parent company Amcas Corporation Ltd, offering bespoke web design and marketing. Since then Brightsite has created over 100 websites.
Both Lucas and Matt have now left the company to pursue other business interests but Seb has kept on Brightsite as a sole venture.
